If you want to know a bit more about the person who puts this site together….Hello, I am a Marketing Consultant working primarily in the arts, culture and heritage sectors. Here’s my website if you want to find out more about that.

My interest in networks and word of mouth began to grow some years back when I was asked to research and write a guide for Arts Council England. A practical Guide to working with Arts Ambassadors is available download free from the Arts Council website and is a good aid to planning an ambassador programme and for case studies if you are just starting out.

After writing the Guide I was asked to do a speaker tour across Australia and New Zealand as well as one-off sessions in South Africa and across the UK. I also supported many organisations in setting up ambassador programmes and managed successful programmes myself.

So I have built up a fair amount of information that I enjoy updating and sharing. I hope you enjoy looking round this free resource. I update it on an occasional basis. If you want to feature as a case study do get in contact. If you have a question, I’ll do my best to answer it: mellymango[at]mac[dot]com.
